Privacy Policy

Effective for sitesbybc.com and all orders placed through it.

1. What we collect

Depending on how you use the site, we collect:

  • Contact info: name, email, and (if you register a domain through us) phone number and mailing address.
  • Payment info: handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number. See Section 3.
  • Content you submit: photos, headshots, video/reel files, bios, credits, and links you provide for your website build.
  • Order details: which template you picked, tier, add-ons, and your intake answers.
  • A referral code, if you arrived via someone's affiliate link — stored in your browser only (see Section 5).

We do not collect payment card numbers, government ID numbers, or health information.

2. How we use it

Strictly to build, deliver, and support the site you ordered: to generate your site's content, process payment, register a domain if you asked us to, email you about your order, and provide ongoing hosting/edits if you chose that option. We do not use your content or contact info for anything beyond fulfilling your order, except as described in Section 6 (showcase) below.

3. Third parties we use

We rely on a small number of vetted service providers to run the business — each only receives the data it needs to do its job:

  • Stripe — payment processing. Handles your card details directly; we never see or store them.
  • Vercel Blob — file storage for photos/video you upload during intake.
  • Airtable — internal record-keeping for your order and submitted content.
  • Resend — order confirmation and notification emails.
  • Vercel— hosting infrastructure for both this site and (if you choose Option 2) your own finished site. If you asked us to register a domain on your behalf, your registrant contact info is submitted to Vercel's domain registrar to complete that registration, per standard ICANN requirements.

We do not sell your data to anyone, and we do not share it with any other third party for their own marketing purposes.

4. Data retention & deletion

We keep your order records and submitted content for as long as your site is live or you remain a hosting customer, plus a reasonable period after for support/legal purposes. You can request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 8) — we'll remove what we can while retaining only what we're legally required to keep (e.g., payment records for tax purposes, held by Stripe under its own retention policy, not by us).

5. Cookies & local storage

We don't run any third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site — no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, nothing that profiles you across the web. The only thing stored in your browser is a referral code (if you arrived via an affiliate's link), kept in localStorageso that referrer gets credit if you check out later. This isn't used to track you elsewhere and isn't shared with anyone except to attribute your order to the correct referral partner.

If this ever changes (e.g., we add real analytics), we'll update this policy and add a proper consent mechanism first.

6. Showcase / portfolio use

As described in our Terms (Section 3), we may display your finished site in our own portfolio and template library unless you opt out in writing. This only ever uses your site's public-facing content — never your private contact/payment info.

7. Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

8. Your rights & how to reach us

You can ask us what data we have on you, request a copy, or request deletion at any time by emailing build@concentricintelligence.com. California residents have specific rights under the CCPA to know, delete, and opt out of the sale of personal information — as noted above, we don't sell your data, so there's nothing to opt out of on that front.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the business or its tools change. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated effective date; continued use of the site after a change means you accept the update.
